Makayli Kirkwood, born March 5, 2011, is a talented vocalist and pianist with the prestigious Stax Music Academy. Despite being in her first year at Stax, she has already secured several lead roles in vocal performances—an impressive achievement that speaks to her dedication, skill, and natural stage presence.

Makayli has performed in a variety of settings, including concerts, church services, retirement centers, and hospitals, sharing her gift of music to inspire and uplift audiences. Currently, she is preparing for her first talent search fashion show, where she will serve as co-host, star vocalist, and shared pianist alongside the host.

A committed student, Makayli attends MASE Academy, having transitioned from Soulsville Academy last year to be alongside her brother in his final year. She consistently maintains Principal’s Honor Roll and is recognized as a positive role model among her peers. Her discipline extends beyond academics—at home, she helps with cooking and cleaning, balancing her responsibilities with a demanding artistic schedule.

Her passion for music is evident in the hours she dedicates daily to singing, piano practice, vocal training, rehearsals, choreography, and song learning. With a combination of talent, work ethic, and heart, Makayli continues to grow as an artist while inspiring those around her.
