Model Devlopment
We provide hands-on training for aspiring models, focusing on mastering various runway walking styles and posing techniques. Once a strong foundation is built, we begin placing them in fashion shows to help them gain real-world experience and confidence on stage.
As their skills develop and they demonstrate readiness, we transition them into paid promotional opportunities, helping them grow their careers while building a professional portfolio.
Artist Devlopment
We offer full-scale artist development services to help talent discover and refine their unique style and sound. Once that identity is established, we provide carefully selected instrumentals for the artist to write original music in proper format.
After the material is developed and rehearsed, we move into the studio to professionally record and mix the tracks to ensure high-quality production. From there, we focus on performance opportunities—placing artists in live shows while simultaneously distributing their music online to begin building a loyal fanbase.
As momentum grows and the audience is established, we transition into securing paid gigs to elevate the artist's visibility and career.
Promotional Teams
Our organization includes a dedicated department made up of several promotional teams. Among them is our elite group of promotional models known as Plush Models, recognized for their professionalism and strong brand presence.
We also operate Zoobie Ent and Zouco Models, each with their own distinct teams and strategic focus. These divisions allow us to execute unique, targeted promotional tactics that consistently deliver high-impact results across various events and campaigns.
Experience Models
Our models have participated in hundreds of fashion shows both locally and out of state. Their work includes features in national magazines as well as appearances on platforms like BET’s Rip the Runway. In addition to runway, they have extensive experience in photoshoots, music videos, and film projects.
They are highly reliable and can be available for events nationwide with just 96 hours’ notice. Professional photos and bios are also available upon request and can be provided within 24 hours.
Event Planners
We specialize in planning, organizing, staffing, and funding our own events. Our team has successfully produced high-energy musical fashion shows, including events affiliated with major names like BET, and urban fashion showcases featuring artists such as Sammie.
Our talent searches, in partnership with BET, have led winners to national exposure — including appearances on 106 & Park in New York City. We’ve also produced impactful HMM Fashion Shows for MS Awareness two years in a row, with each event securing national magazine features for our models.
Currently, we are preparing for the 1st Annual Show Me What You Got Talent Search and Fashion Show hosted by Memphis Family Event Center 4280 Cherry Center Drive in Memphis, TN, taking place on November 8th.
